XLAC - Excel Accounting, Bookkeeping System

Introducing The XLAC Accounts System

XLAC is an Excel based accounts system ideal for UK based sole traders and landlords who are not VAT registered.

For many sole traders and landlords a full blown accounting package can be unnecessarily complicated to setup and use, with many companies recommending you take a training course in order to make best use them. In contrast XLAC has been designed to be simple to use for even the novice whilst being comprehensive enough to provide all the financial information required to run a successful business.

XLAC doesn't require you to setup bank accounts and account codes before you can even start, just load up and away you go.

An additional advantage of it being an Excel based accounting system is that it will run under both Windows using Microsoft Excel '97 and above and OSX using Excel 2004 and above. It also runs in OpenOffice, however there are a couple of minor cosmetic issues due to OpenOffice compatibility problems.

With comprehensive financial reporting together with the automatic calculation of your Self Assessment Tax Return for both the self employed (SA103) and land and property (SA105) sections, all for less than the price of a manual cash book, XLAC proves that accounts don't have to be taxing.
